Most Massanetta Summer Staff Positions require individuals be 18+.
You must love people. All job offers are pending a successful background check. We can teach you the rest!
Netta Day Camp and Massanetta’s other summer conferences take place primarily outdoors on our historic and hilly site. Our programs are active, engaging, and people-oriented. Our ideal summer staff members are flexible and creative with good communication skills.
What does a counselor do?

Paid positions with Netta Day Camp at Massanetta Springs start at $320/week with housing and most meals available. Staff have most nights and weekends off and there are bonuses for serving the majority of the summer.

Netta Day Camp serves our local community through programming for children ages 6 - 12. Day Camp Counselors are the very heart of this ministry as they are responsible for leading activities, bible studies, camp games, & connecting with their amazing campers!

Throughout the summer, the NDC Assistant Manager helps keep the program running smoothly by setting up activities, preparing schedules, talking with camper families, providing counselor breaks, and jumping in the pool when necessary!

Massanetta Operations Department
Our facilities and hospitality teams keep Massanetta running smoothly and looking nice!
Seasonal positions, paid hourly.
Job Description:
—Using reports, diagrams, and other instructions, set up, refresh, take down and clean up meeting spaces
—Clean public spaces, restrooms and Massanetta cottages
—Alongside Volunteers and Reservations Coordinator, provide coverage at the front desk including, but not limited to:
A. Checking guests in and out
B. Answering Guest Questions
C. Selling Snacks and Gift Shop Items (Including use of credit card machine)
—Provide assistance to other departments on an “as needed basis” (Housekeeping, Grounds, Programs, Administration, etc.)
—During low guest count periods, assist as needed with deep cleaning of meeting areas and other public spaces
—Other duties as assigned

Massanetta Dining Services
Dining service staff are vital to summer operations! These positions include cleaning the dining room, washing dishes, and keeping staff waist-deep in coffee.
Seasonal position, paid hourly.
