Netta day Camp Registration

 

Instructions

  1. Please review ALL information on the main Netta Day Camp webpage before registering. You will need to know ahead of time the details of the week(s) you may want to register for, if you will need extended care, etc.

  2. The link below will take you to our online registration where you will create a re-usable account with Campwise.

  3. Read all instructions carefully in Campwise.

  4. Your camper will not be registered until you have made a down-payment of $50 or paid in full. If you prefer to mail in a check, there is an option to make that selection in Campwise and your camper will be registered when we receive your check in the mail.

  5. Discounts for the extra early bird, the early bird, and multi-session will be automatically applied when requirements are met. To view your discounts, click “view transactions” on your dashboard and click each plus sign.

  6. Please be prepared to upload a picture of your camper(s). This is not required but it will be helpful to us!

  7. Medical forms 1 and 2 will be required for participation in camp. Please note that health form 2 requires completion by a licensed medical professional. You do not need to complete these forms to register, but you will need to upload/mail/email these forms to us prior to the start of your camp session OR bring them in person to the first day of camp. These forms will be available on the dashboard of your Campwise account to download and upload. You can also download them here:
